The Archdiocese of Oklahoma City is seeking qualified candidates for the Director of the Blessed Stanley Rother Institute located at the Catholic Pastoral Center. The Blessed Stanley Rother Institute serves as a school of missionary discipleship offering certification programs and other formation efforts for Catholics in the Archdiocese. The Director will oversee adult Catholic faith formation and education initiatives, including exploring and implementing potential new courses, designs, locations, partnerships, instructors, budget, etc. A master’s degree in theology or a related field is required, with minimum of five years of experience in a leadership position at a parish, diocesan office, or approved Catholic apostolate in a catechetical or pastoral role. Multi-cultural experience and knowledge of Spanish highly desired; Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
