Looking for a third female roommate for a beautiful & peaceful house in Hyattsville, MD. Available June 8 or later. It is a spacious house, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, up on a hill with wonderful landlords. It has a big backyard with a deck and a 100 year old oaktree with a sweet bird house. The house is located in the historic district of Hyattsville on a quiet, residential street, about a 10 minute walk from the Hyattsville shops where there is a Busboys & Poets, Organic Market, Vigilante Coffee, Franklin’s Restaurant (awesome local spot), and some sweet art & boutique stores. It is closest to St. Jerome Parish (10 -15 minute walk) but short drives to a few other parishes and Little Rome. There is also a Whole Foods & Trader Joe’s about an 8 minute drive away, and it’s only a 20 minute drive to downtown DC. Rent is $1000 plus utilities. We are two Catholic women in our 30s, looking for someone who is responsible, mature, and easygoing who we can enjoy sharing this lovely home with. Photos here.
