The house is located at 5611 30th Avenue in Hyattsville Maryland, about a 10-minute drive to CUA, a 5-minute walk to Metro Station; 2 stops to CUA/Brookland station, 3-minute walk to a shopping center, grocery stores, and Banks. No children, and no pets.
Homeowner is an alumnus of CUA/Washington Theological Union, and former retreat facilitator for JPII Center.
