Hi everyone! Annie and I are looking are looking for a third female housemate to join us at this super cute house we found in College Park/Riverdale Maryland!
It has a big living room with a fireplace, separate dining room, a spacious sun porch, three bedrooms, lots of natural light and plenty of charm! The house is adjacent to a lovely walking/running trail and is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac. Here are photos of the house.
The location is great – walking distance to the Riverdale Park shipping center which has a Whole Foods, restaurants, bars, nail salon (my favorite one!) and there is also a Trader Joes nearby too.
We are two Catholic women in our 30s looking to establish a new place that feels like home. We’re looking for someone who is responsible and also easygoing, mature, shares the same values and who we can enjoy sharing the house with 🙂
