Fr. Noriega is professor of moral theology at the Pontifical John Paul II Institute in Rome and adjunct professor of philosophical ethics at the Theology Faculty of San Dámaso in Madrid. He also lectures on general ethics for the master's program in bioethics offered at the Rome session in conjunction with the Università del Sacro Cuore. He is the author of "Guiados por el Espíritu": El Espíritu Santo y el conocimiento moral en Tomás de Aquino and El destino del Eros. Perspectivas de moral sexual, and numerous articles on aspects of moral theology and the theology of marriage and family.
