Babysitting Exchange for Female Tenant- Hyattsville, MD

My husband Nathaniel and I are seeking a Catholic female tenant who can help with our home and children 10-12 hours a week in exchange for room and board.

Available for the academic year, either starting over summer or starting in late August 2026-May 2027.

We live in Hyattsville, Maryland, within walking distance to St. Jerome’s Catholic Church and a close commute for Catholic U.

We have four children, ages 9, 6, 4 and 1.5 years old. We are looking for a Catholic woman who can ideally provide childcare and help prepare or clean up from meals on an agreed upon schedule based on both of our needs.

The bedroom is a bright, recently renovated space in our basement with a semi-private bathroom (we do use it occasionally during the day). The rest of the living space (laundry, kitchen, etc.) is shared.

We can furnish the room or the tenant may bring her own items. All utilities and internet are included. Should availability change, we can negotiate a rate to pay some rent in order to lessen hours.
