Hello! There are two rooms available in my Brookland home. The house is walking distance to CUA and the JP2 Institute (10-15 min ), the DHS (10 min), the metro (9 min) and Trader Joe’s (7 min). One of the rooms is a large room with its own bathroom, very private since it’s on the third floor of the house and is the only bedroom on that floor. The rent for that room is $1150 plus utilities. The second room is a decent sized room with a shared bathroom (only one other person). The rent for that room isn$1000 plus utilities. Hello! We have a room open for a young professional woman in a beautiful three story town house in Ashburn VA in a safe walkable neighborhood within minutes of Saint Theresa’s church and a short drive from Dulles Airport and Divine Mercy University. The current roommates are in our mid-late 20’s and stay pretty busy with our varying jobs and degrees, but are always good for a laugh when sharing the kitchen and quick to help with rides to the airport or getting heavy boxes up the stairs!

Master bedroom with a spacious walk in closet and a private bath is renting for $866. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house (including the kitchen!) is fully furnished!

Utilities are around $75-100 a month per roommate. The room will be open starting July 1st but there is some flexibility with the move-in date if needed. We are looking for a male roommate to replace one of our roommates, who will move out at the beginning of June. This is for a one-year lease (June 1 – May 31).

Also, we are looking for someone to stay just for the summer (June and July).

The address is 625 Monroe St. NE Apt. 260, Washington, DC 20017 at the Monroe Street Apartments.

The Catholic University of America, the John Paul II Institute, and the Dominican House of Studies are each a three-minute walk. We are a five-minute walk from the Brookland-CUA Metro Station (red line). Trader Joe’s, Chili’s, Starbucks, Potbelly Sandwiches, and other eateries are also minutes away.

Note: We are five guys (total) in a two-bedroom apartment. The spaces available are in a room with two other in-room roommates (i.e., 3 people in the room total; 5 people in the apartment total).

Apartment amenities include a gym, lounge/study areas, grill areas, balcony overlooking the basilica, and a swimming pool.

The apartment houses mostly Catholics (with one Protestant). We are one math teacher, one architect, one CUA PhD student (politics), and one JP2 PhD student (theology).
