Room for Rent $727.50

Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease for one room, I will be moving out of the area soon. I share this house with 3 other Catholic girls. Everyone in the house keeps to themselves, there are two girls that are in their mid 20s and the other girl is in her late 30s.

This house is located in the residential part of Brookland. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the Brookland-CUA station. But only a couple of minute bus ride, which the bus stop is 2 blocks away. We are a short walk from the Basilica, Chipotle, CUA, Starbucks, and the new Trader Joe’s!

The rent is $727.50 per month plus utilities which in total is around $100. The deposit is $972, which you will get back when you move out. This house is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom with a lot of storage in the basement. It’s also fully furnished. With a washer and dryer.

Current CUA PhD student, getting married in September, looking for roommates, preferably another Catholic couple but flexibly, to rent a house with in the Hyattsville area. From my research, there are several houses for rent in the St. Jerome area if split up by room, come up to less than $1000 or slightly above $1000 a month for rent. I hope this can be a less expensive compromise to living with a family that charges $1500 Plus a month for less space. If I find people willing to do this, we will have a whole house near St. Jerome’s with privacy for each person. Ideally looking for August as a move in date for am again flexible.
