Under the Solomon Amendment, accredited institutions shall fulfill military recruitment requests for lists containing some student information when the student is enrolled for at least one credit, is a U.S. citizen, with a U.S. address, and does not have a FERPA restriction on the student record.
By law, the Pontifical John Paul II Institute is permitted to charge a “reasonable” and “customary” fee for providing this service. Please provide payment in the amount of $120 for your data request. We do not release student information until the required payment has been made.
