Part-time Paid Summer Internship Opportunity with the USCCB Pro-Life Secretariat, Washington (DC)

An internship with the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops’ Secretariat of Pro-Life Activities is offering students an exciting paid, flexible part-time opportunity to learn and grow professionally, working with the Bishops Conference in its mission to educate and advocate for the protection the dignity of all human life.

By interning at the USCCB Secretariat of Pro-Life Activities, young lay Catholics will gain valuable experience in pro-life ministry, which they can carry with them throughout their lives and careers. Former interns have used these gained skills to serve in important leadership roles in the Church, both here at the conference and in their home dioceses.

Intern responsibilities may include the following:

· Assist with preparations and on-site help for special pro-life events and leadership conferences.

· Help design and edit resources like the Respect Life Program and ongoing prayer campaigns.

· Keep up to date records of diocesan pro-life leaders.

· Answer questions from the public through the Pro-Life email Inbox.

· Read and summarize important papal and ecclesial documents.

· Revise and update the USCCB webpage and RespectLife.org.

· Assist in daily office duties.

· And much more!
