JPII Institute grads with five kids (10, 8, 5, 3, and 1) are looking for a female tenant. Tenant would have two private adjoining rooms (fully furnished) with a private entrance on the first floor of our home. One of the rooms is 110 sqft, the other is 100 sqft. Our home is in Hyattsville, right across the street from St. Jerome’s Parish and Academy.
Rent is $550 a month (which includes utilities), though we would be very open to reducing the rent in exchange for childcare/domestic help.
