We have two openings (starting August 15) in a house shared by a group of Catholic men, some who are graduate students, some young professionals. Our spacious house is in a quiet neighborhood in Silver Spring, 12 minute walk to Forest Glen metro, which is on the red line. Rent is $520 plus utilities (which average about $80 a month and includes WiFi). The house shares public spaces, including a well-stocked kitchen, a spacious living room, and a large back porch. The house is a 5-10 min walk to Aldi, another local grocery store, a few restaurants, and some running trails that connect to Rock Creek Park. We are a 20 minute walk from St. John the Evangelist and a short drive from St. Bernadette Catholic Church. We are also very close to the beltway, which makes for easy travel around the DMV.
