Looking for a female to sublet my room in a Brookland neighborhood townhouse shared with three other women. Room is on the second floor with a private desk area, completely furnished, with a window A/C unit. Full bathroom shared with two other girls upstairs and a half bath on the first floor. Rent is $875 with utilities ranging from $100-150 a month.
All the women living here are tidy, friendly, and fairly quiet. Basement roommate has a cat who is allowed on the first floor, but not the second. Within walking distance to G8, E2, 80, etc bus stops. G8 bus goes straight to Cua station/red line, with a brand new Trader Joe’s open right by the CUA/Brookland Metro Station. E2 bus stops right in front of apt and goes to Fort Totten station. 20 minute walk from Brookland Metro Station, 12 minute walk to St. Francis of Assisi, 15 minute walk to Franciscan Monastery, and 30 minute walk to the National Shrine.
