Hello! There is a room available in my Brookland home. The house is walking distance to CUA and the JP2 Institute (10-15 min), the DHS (10 min), the metro (9 min) and Trader Joe’s (7 min). A decent sized room with a shared bathroom (only one other person). The rent for that room is $1,000 plus utilities. We are a group of young professionals in our late 20s – early 30s, enjoy movie nights and hanging out as a house as well as hosting.
