Looking for a female subletter this summer (May-mid August). One room available for the summer in a spacious house in Brookland, a ten minute walk (or shorter bus ride) to the Brookland Metro and a 15-20 minute walk to CUA. The room is large and furnished. The house has 1 and 3/4 bathrooms, an excellent kitchen, and even parking.
There are four other Catholic women in the house. We’re a clean and quiet household that enjoys baking, hosting friends, and being a part of the great Catholic community in the area.
