The Institute is honored to welcome Most Rev. Kevin Rhoades, Bishop of the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend and chairman of the USCCB Committee on Laity, Marriage, Family Life and Youth, as the principle celebrant and homilist of Opening Mass for the 2012-2013 academic year. The Mass will be celebrated in the Crypt Church of the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception at 2 p.m. on September 12, 2012.
