Ph.D. candidate Raphael Anthony Arza will defend his dissertation “The Fate of North America: George Grant’s Idea of a Civilizational Destiny” on Friday, May 6, at 10:00 a.m. in Room 214. His dissertation board includes Dr. Michael Hanby (director), Dr. David L. Schindler, and Rev. Antonio López, from the Institute faculty, and Dr. Roberta Bayer, Associate Professor of Government at Patrick Henry College.
