Apartments and Housemates

Come live in our basement! We’re a young couple, both of whom graduated from the Institute’s MTS (where we met!), and the male half of whom just finished the Ph.D in January. Our home is in Hyattsville, just three miles from the Institute, in a lovely neighborhood right by the vibrant and faithful St. Jerome’s parish, and boasts ample garden space to which any renter would be welcome to contribute.
The basement is finished, is largely furnished, and is divided into two rooms (one of which could be a bedroom, the other a study/sitting/prayer/entertaining/recreation space—or whatever your fancy should dictate), both of which are just over 210 square feet, and both of which have windows. In addition, there's a full bathroom and a small room dedicated to housing a washing machine and dryer. Rent is $700, plus utilities, and the space will be available in May. As such, the place will be available over the summer, and so we would be open to, and excited about, a number of arrangements: someone who wants to rent just for the summer; someone who wants to rent beginning in August for the coming academic year; or someone who wants to start renting in May (or at some point in the summer) and wants to stay through the coming academic year.
