The room is available starting in April or May 2023 and will be a month-to-month lease. Rent is $550/month, plus shared utility costs.
We rent out 2 upstairs bedrooms in a house shared with my mother, a retired widow with a cat and two dogs. She resides in the downstairs rooms. The downstairs kitchen is shared by all three residents. Washer and dryer can be accessed in the basement. Street parking is available (you will need to obtain a permit from City Hall), and the nearest metro stop (PG Plaza on the Green Line) is 0.9 miles away. The house is slightly more than four miles from McGivney Hall.
