We are looking for someone who can sign a one-year lease and require one month’s rent as a security deposit.
Catholic family with 3 young children lives upstairs. We are parishioners at St Jerome’s Parish and are very active in the local Catholic community.
This apartment is one large room (11’x22’) + kitchen (10’x11’) + bathroom. The unit has a private entrance. Floor plan and pictures available here. Given the apartment’s size and layout, it works best for an individual or a couple.
Appliances in the unit include a full-size refrigerator, a 2-burner electric cooktop, toaster oven, and a window a/c unit. Laundry room shared with homeowners. Free street parking available. Rent includes shared use of yard, patio area, etc. If you have bicycles, you are welcome to keep them in the garage.
