Hello! My two housemates and I are Catholic / Anglican graduate students at Catholic University, and we are looking for a fourth housemate to move into an open room in our house in the Woodridge neighborhood of DC (on the east border of Brookland). The room will be available early September, but an earlier move in date might be negotiable.
The house has four bedrooms, a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, and sunroom, as well as a large basement. The furniture in the room is available for purchase, if desired. Housemates also have access to use of a treadmill, keyboard and backyard with vegetable garden. A few photos of the house are available here.
Cost: $790 per month, plus $120 for utilities (on average).
Transportation: We are a mile away from the Brookland-CUA metro stop, and 2-3 blocks from the G8 and E2 buses. We have plenty of unzoned street parking, so no RPP needed, and a garage.
