Current CUA PhD student, getting married in September, looking for roommates, preferably another Catholic couple but flexibly, to rent a house with in the Hyattsville area. From my research, there are several houses for rent in the St. Jerome area if split up by room, come up to less than $1000 or slightly above $1000 a month for rent. I hope this can be a less expensive compromise to living with a family that charges $1500 Plus a month for less space. If I find people willing to do this, we will have a whole house near St. Jerome’s with privacy for each person. Ideally looking for August as a move in date for am again flexible.
