I own (and reside in) a row home in the Edgewood neighborhood in DC. I have an additional bed and bath that I want to rent out. The home is close to Brookland/CUA and a 10 minute walk to Rhode Island metro. This home is very nice; I am clean, quiet, easy-going, and looking for the same in a male tenant.
