We are looking for a third housemate to share our townhome in Brookland. It is about 15 minutes from the campus of Catholic University, and a ten minute walk to the Brookland metro.
The available room is a small, furnished bedroom, with one shared bath. There is also a large living room and galley kitchen. A parking spot is available, if needed.
$650 per month, plus utilities. (Available December 1, but move-in date is flexible.)
