We’re a 10-minute walk to Stadium-Armory metro and close to lots of bus lines that make it easy to get around town. If you have a car, street parking and driveway parking is available. The area is very residential with nearby parks to enjoy (Lincoln and Kingman Island), but it’s also easy to get into the city, just 1.5 miles to the Mall.
About the room: This spacious room is in the basement and comes with its own water closet and AC unit. Direct access to driveway, laundry unit, and garage.
About your future roomies: We are women in our late-twenties excited to welcome people open to community through dinner catch ups and shared house chores. We love to have roommate outings when our schedules line up lol.
