“Catholic Sexual Ethics” Summer Intensive Course

This course will study the fundamental principles of Catholic sexual ethics. Following the thought of John Paul II/Karol Wojtyła and others, the course will present a positive account of sexuality as arising from the human person's natural desire and freedom for complete self gift. From this foundation some of the major challenges to this vision manifested in today's society will be discussed.

The course meets Monday through Friday, July 18-22, 9:30 am-noon, and 1:30-3:00 p.m. Class will be taught in person and offered online simultaneously.

"Called to Love: Theology of the Body" Summer Intensive Course

July 25 - July 29, 2022

This course explores the Pope's significant teachings known as the "Wednesday Catechesis" through both an in-depth examination of the text and a lively discussion of his scriptural, theological, and philosophical methodology. The aim is to understand more clearly how the interpersoal communion between man and woman,even in the body, images the divine trinitarian life. 

The course meets Monday through Friday, July 25-29, 9:30am-noon, and 1:30-30pm. Class will be offered online.
