Called to Love: Theology of the Body Summer Intensive Course

July 16, 2018 — July 20, 2018

Join us this summer for a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in John Paul II’s Theology of the Body! This short, one-week intensive course studies his “Wednesday catechesis”— through an in-depth examination of the text and a discussion of his scriptural, theological, and philosophical methodology. It shows how the dual unity of man and woman and their interpersonal communion, even in the body, image divine trinitarian life.

Please purchase a copy of the book before the course begins: Man and Woman He Created Them: A Theology of the Body by John Paul II (Boston: Pauline Press, 2006. ISBN: 0819874213). Reading assignments will be distributed at the time of registration to allow students to prepare in advance.

For more information, email: information@johnpaulii.edu or call 202.526.3799.
The class fee is $150.
