Orientation and Opening Charge

Student Orientation for Fall 2010 will start with 9:00 Mass in Caldwell Hall on The Catholic University of America campus.  After Mass, students return to McGivney Hall to check in for the sessions in the auditorium.

Events of the day feature:

9:00 - 9:45                  Holy Mass (Caldwell Chapel in Caldwell Hall)

10:00 - 11:00              History & Nature of the Institute 
                                   (Dr. David Schindler)

11:00 - 11:15              Break 

11:15 - 12:00              The Academic & Cultural Mission of the Institute
                                    (Dr. David Schindler)

12:00 - 12:30              Lunch

12:45 - 1:30                Faculty, Staff, and Student Introductions

1:30 - 2:00                  Introduction to the Student Handbook

2:00 - 2:45                  Tours of McGivney Hall and campus
